At TopGadge, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Return Policy applies to all customers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia.


1. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products.
  • TopGadge covers the return shipping costs for defective products.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Notes:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds are issued after verification of product condition.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are not available.
If a defective item is received, please request a return for a refund.


4. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our customer support at admin@topgadge.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address.
